Ordering:
Customer service personnel are available between the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
(Eastern Time) Monday thru Friday. Please call 770-279-6773 to place orders, or fax orders at 770-279-6775.
When ordering please have the following information available

Prices:
Prices are subject to change without notice. All goods will be shipped at price in effect at time of shipping. All prices apply to cash, COD, or net terms orders only.

Pricing:
All the prices are piece price. Case pricing is based on purchasing case quantities. Dozen pricing is based on purchasing 12 pieces per size per color. Piece price is based on buying in less than 12 piece increments.

Terms:
All orders will be shipped C.O.D (Cashier’s check or Money Order).
Company checks will be accepted upon prior approval of COMPANY CHECK APPLICATION. NET TERMS are available with approved credit. Dishonored or NSF checks will be subject to a $35.00 fee. We also accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express cards, upon completion of our credit card authorization form and receipt of credit card and driver’s license copies. Credit cards must be present for pick up customers.

Availability:
Some styles, colors & sizes are not stock items, availability only with Special order/Drop Ship.

Shipping:
All orders received by Bnm Wholesales will be shipped F.O.B. Atlanta GA. Orders received by 4:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (provided we do not have extra order than normal or situation beyond our control) will be shipped the same day via UPS unless specified to be otherwise. Bnm Wholesales will not be responsible for lost or delayed orders. Freight charges include handling charges.

Drop Ship Orders:
It is the customer responsibilities to inform their embellishers of the exact style, color and sizes they are being sent. Verification of correct product receipt should be made prior to decoration. Processed, Printed, Embroidered, Decorated or Washed garments are not returnable. Bnm Wholesales cannot and will not be responsible for discrepancies in orders received by parties other than invoice customer.

Returns:
All returns must be approved with an authorization number prior to returning or they will not be accepted. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. On all returned goods a credit will be issued to your account towards future purchases. NO CASH refund will be given. All returns are subject 15% restocking charges. Please include a copy of the invoice to insure proper credit in a timely manner. The credit process for returns is normally 2 weeks. No returns will be accepted on special order items, closeout and discontinued items. It is the customer responsibility to inspect the merchandise. Decorated or washed garments are not returnable. Bnm Wholesales will not reimburse for any decoration cost on defective merchandise or items shipped incorrectly. All unclaimed or refused shipments are subject to a 15% restocking fee along with freight and C.O.D. charges, minimum $ 20.00

Special Order/Drop ship:
Bnm Wholesales is please to announce our special Order/Drop ship program.
Special orders can be drop shipped directly from the Mill. All special orders will be invoice separately. All drop ship orders usually ship the next business day if the goods are in stock. Since we have no control over when the Mill actually processes ordrs, please allow 2 to 3 business days for your order to ship. UNFORTUNATELY, SPECIAL/DROP SHIP ORDERS ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE OR EXCHANGEABLE.

Claims:
Claims of shortages, price discrepancies or defective merchandise must be made within (2) days of receipt of merchandise. Damaged shipments must be reported to UPS driver or noted on the bill of lading at the time of receipt.

Additions to Orders:
All orders are considered firm order at the time of placement. Any addition to orders already placed will be treated as a new order and will be billed and shipped separately.

Pick up Orders:
Orders may be picked up between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday thru Thursday and Friday 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. & 3:00 p.m. 5:00 p.m. [NO SHIPPING, REICEIVING OR PICK UP ORDERS ON FRIDAY BETWEEN 1:00 p.m. TO 3:00 p.m.]. Will call orders not picked within 72 hours will be subject to restocking charges of 15% or $20.00, whichever is greater and will be considered as cancelled.

Sales Tax Exempt Sales:
To receive sales tax exemption, all companies are individuals must have a complete Sales and Use Tax Certificate of Exemption form on file.

Minimum Orders:
A $5.00 handling charge will be applied to any order under $50.00.

Other Terms & Conditions:
BNM Wholesales gives no warranty for the merchandise, express of implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose description, or quality in no event shall BNM Wholesales be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damage, or for loss of anticipated profits on any claim of any kind resulting from any order with BNM Wholesales. Availability of merchandise is subject to change or discontinuance without notice. All information provided by suppliers to BNM Wholesales is deemed reliable, but without any warranty by BNM Wholesales, BNM Wholesales has no responsibility for a manufacturer’s liability to supply merchandise. We have attempted to show color charts in the catalog and on our website with accurate colors, you recognize that the actual color of any merchandise may differ from that shown in the printed catalog and on our website. Ash, Sports Grey, Athletic Heather, Dark Heather and some colors has certain percentage of polyester mix even it shows as 100% Cotton All the weight and sizes mention in the catalog and price list are approx. Please allow Tolerance of 5% to 10% in sizes and 5% to 10% in weight. BNM Wholesales will not be responsible for typing/or calculation errors.
BNM Wholesales reserves the right to change any of the above policies and procedures at any time without prior-notice. All rights of the parties in connection with the purchase of goods form BNM Wholesales shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Georgia.
